Her background includes nearly two decades in the family construction business, where she developed a strong understanding of home building, design, and renovation. That foundation gives her a distinct perspective, allowing her to offer thoughtful, practical guidance to her clients. In addition to residential sales, she also works closely with local builders and developers, providing valuable insight into new construction and the evolving Mid Coast market.
Since joining RE/MAX Riverside in 2006, Sandi has built her business on trust, consistency, and a genuine commitment to the people she serves. In 2008, she partnered with Diane Moyer, creating a powerhouse team that supported hundreds of clients and achieved more than $285 million in career sales. The team consistently ranked among the top-producing teams in both Maine and New England. Diane’s wisdom and friendship will remain a guiding force in her life and career. In 2025, Sandi welcomed her daughter, Ali Gosselin, to the business as she returned to Maine after serving as Public Affairs Director for a REALTOR® association in Arizona.
