Sandra Harney

Classically educated in the arts, with a BFA and MFA from the Art Institute of Chicago, I had a long career as a video writer/producer/director for the largest bank in the Midwest, now Chase. I made a career in high finance with knowledge gained, before coming to real estate. I am a power negotiator and a problem solver. I have rezoned a property to make it saleable. I work with Counties and Villages to obtain permits and reconcile issues that affect property usage. I sell; farms and land, equestrian properties, estates, commercial, and residential. Economic conditions dictate where the market is moving. That is where you will find me.
