I had been looking into buying a home and was refered to Sandra Kaas by a co-worker. She truely is an angel sent from above and I am so glad I got the opportunity to meet and work with her. She responded to my texts/emails/calls almost immediately and always provided a new house for me to view. I was nervous that I was potentially waisting her time because I literally looked at 10 house's (I'm very picky) and she was so patient, polite and eager to show me them! She also has a great attitude towards life and her career, which was so nice to be around the positivity after a long day at work.
I highly recommend Sandra to be your realtor, she will not disappoint!

I loved working with Sandra, she really made buying our first home a great experience. She was kind, and she answered all the questions I had. She was always easy to get a hold of and handled things right away. Even after we purchased our home she kept in contact to make sure everything was alright. My husband and I worked with Sandra to buy our home after our wedding. Sandra was professional and responsive, making sure everything was thoroughly covered in our contract and was particularly wonderful about timely and persistent follow-up with the many questions we had about various properties. She was also patient with us when we wanted to revisit a home. Sandra is friendly while maintaining a necessary level of professionalism. Sandra was so great to work with. She sold us out first home and helped us list and sell our house when my husband got a work transfer. She was So friendly and easy going. We had to move out of the state before the house actually sold, but Sandra kept us up to date with everything going on and made sure everything was going smoothly. We highly recommend her and if we moved back to the area we would use her again!

Sandra was nothing short of AMAZING. We met her during an open house and ended up using her to sell our house as well. She answered all of our questions no matter the day of the week or time of day. She was truly on our side while dealing with banks and attorneys for closing. We had a “friend of a friend” set us up with an attorney who would give us a “deal”. After talking to Sandra we found that we were going to end up paying more and used who she suggested, saving us $$$. Her dedication, work ethic and integrity is unparalleled. After interviewing the four realtors, we chose Sandra because we were impressed with Sandra’s presentation, the professional way she conducted herself and her interest in our goals. Sandra was by our side the entire time; answering our phone calls each time we called her, contacting the contractors when we could not get work done in a timely manner and managing to get the contractors at our house to get the work done before closing. This was an extremely stressful situation and I’m not sure another realtor could have or would have worked as hard as Sandra worked to help us get the problems resolved with the contractors.
