About Sandra

As a multi-million dollar producer and native Texan, Sandra has extensive knowledge of North Texas. Sandra grew up in Rockwall when her parents purchased land and built their dream home over-looking Lake Ray Hubbard. Her mom and dad drew up plans of their forever home, featuring a large kitchen and spacious living and dining areas to accommodate family events and entertaining. Sandra enjoyed evenings with her family sitting on the balcony watching boats on the lake, and watching fireworks in the Cotton Bowl all the way from the small town of Rockwall. Growing up she knew "home is where the heart is." After attending college, Sandra moved to Plano and entered into a professional career with a desire to help others. That commitment also offered opportunities to volunteer with local and national charities and non-profits. Going back to her roots, when her parents made building their home a family affair, Sandra acquired her real estate license to help others experience the joy of finding and falling in love with the home of their dreams.

In addition to local markets, Sandra is part of the less than 1% of U.S. REALTORS to be awarded the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Designation by National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Founded in 1953, the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) is an international real estate education program sponsored by REALTOR® Boards and Associations throughout the United States. Designees are relied upon as expert resources in the international real estate market. This designation may be earned after successfully completing an intensive program of study focusing on critical aspects of transnational transactions, including currency and exchange rate issues, cross-cultural relationships, regional market conditions, investment performance, tax issues, working directly with foreign real estate clients and more.
