About Sandra

A native of Connecticut, SANDY LIMBERGER enjoyed an 20-year career in Information Technology with major corporations such as American Airlines, Aetna, and Oxford Health Plans before focusing her considerable business management skills on real estate.

As a small child, you would find Sandy fishing the pristine trout streams of Connecticut. Her childhood memories include summers spent on Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts beaches. Sandy’s passion for the water life brought her to the Connecticut shoreline of Long Island Sound where she crewed on racing yachts and began the lifelong passion for saltwater fly fishing. When her parents moved to Southwest Florida in 1985, Sandy became a frequent visitor to Florida’s Gulf Coast with Boca Grande being one of her favorite destinations. In 2005, Sandy decided to join her mom and make sunny Southwest Florida her permanent home!

She holds NARs RSPS, Resort & Second Homes Property Specialist certification and NARs Short-Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation, allowing her to see complex short sales and foreclosures through to close. She's an avid boater, primarily enjoying backcountry angling with her Maverick HPX-T so when she says she knows waterfront communities, she’s means it. Sandy has intimate knowledge of waterfront communities in Charlotte and Lee counties. Each community has its own identity and it takes someone with knowledge of each area to properly advise a client. Working in the Burnt Store and downtown Punta Gorda offices of Michael Saunders & Company she is perfectly positioned to serve clients with interests in the waterfront communities of Port Charlotte, Placida and Boca Grande. Communities in the Burnt Store corridor including Burnt Store Lakes, Burnt Store Village, Pirate Harbor, Burnt Store Meadows, Seminole Lakes, NW & SW Cape Coral and Pine Island are all nearby.
