During routine times, selling a home represents a significant milestone for a family. During a pandemic, each aspect of the process becomes more challenging and more uncertain. Our family had two properties to sell; the selection of the right real estate representative was a crucial choice. We felt determination of the best pricing and marketing of our properties and recruitment of suitable and qualified buyers to view those properties without delay were the most essential elements to achieve successful sales.
