Sandy is great! From day one she was very responsive, informative and attentive in all areas of selling our home. I was impressed with how quickly she was able to get us the resources we needed to get our house ready to put on the market. Both her and Lynsie staged our house beautifully. They even went as far as to clean up the pet hair that was left in a few hidden places. We were so satisfied with the work put in by Sandy to sell our home that we also asked her to help us find our forever home. In just two months we went from living with our parents to accepting the keys to our new home! Sandy & Lynsie worked together to always make themselves available to show us potential candidates. Sandy has a wealth of knowledge that didn't go unnoticed. She has the best interest of her clients in mind with everything she does in both the selling/buying process. She also is great with children including letting my daughter wear her rings when she was admiring them on day one of meeting her. Sandy and her team were simply amazing during this transaction. She took the time to understand my needs early in the process and work with me to get the house ready for sale.
Sandy then took the time to position the house and stage it before putting a very effective listing in place with professional photography and videography.
She then implemented a very specific plan and was able to generate a huge response and a plain listing. Her follow through was incredible as she helped us navigate an unforeseen challenge with the buyers and make sensible recommendations.

Sandy is amazing!! Super knowledgeable about the entire home buying experience and super responsive in all her communications. She did so much behind the scenes to makes sure we got the house of our dreams even though our situation was challenging to say the least. I have used Sandy on at least three other transactions and recommend her to everyone even remotely interested in purchasing or selling a home. She personally helped our family over an entire weekend to move items out of our house and get it staged in such way that it sold in only eight days.
