Sandra is a lifelong resident of Bedford County with more than 10 years experience in Real Estate following 18 years in the insurance industry with both sales and customer service background.
Sandra decided to make a career change in 2001 and joined her husband, Wayne Neese, in his Real Esate, Auction, and Developement business. Later his firmed merged with Harold Segroves' firm becoming Coldwell Banker Segroves-Neese Real Estate.
Sandra and Wayne have 5 daughters and 8 grandchildren. they enjoy traveling, bass fishing, and movies. Just ask Sandra about bass fishing in Mexico or Peacock Bass fising in Miami or fly fishing in the San Juan River! She knows almost as much about these experiences as how to put you in just the right home.
Sandra works with lenders, title companies, and closing attorneys to assist her buyers and sellers in getting their properties to the closing table with the best rates, fees and services possible.
Sandra also works with several Asset Manager and Banks which are a great resource for foreclosed properties that can provide great values. Sandra also lists and sells residential, commercial, and farm properties.
