A child of immigrant parents, I was born in Munich, Germany and was raised in Manhattan. Although, I have a Master's Degree in Developmental Psychology, I found myself drawn to the business sector early on. I started my career at Macy's/Bamberger’s in Philadelphia, PA and fairly rapidly advanced to "Senior Corporate Vice President of Property Acquisitions and Merchandising" for the holding company of many of the Medical Office Parks, Shopping Malls and many of the major Department Stores across the United States, Canada, Europe and the Asian markets. I was fortunate to have the opportunity, for my Team and myself, to develop many of the initial import and export programs that are so much part of our lives today. Domestically, I have worked in Commercial & Industrial Real Estate project developments in Boston and New York.
My market-driven, analytical Real Estate expertise plus my work and travel throughout my career gives me a perspective that uniquely benefits my Florida Customers-whether Buyer or Seller. The ability to truly “listen” coupled with the understanding that everyone needs to walk away from the negotiating table feeling a “winner” leads to the positive “close” and the realization of my Clients’ goals.
