Sandra Wales has over 26 years of experience in commercial real estate, working with investors and managing commercial properties across the United States. She also brings 25 years of financial expertise from Silicon Valley, where she supported investors and major corporations in various financial roles.

As President of Financial Reflections Inc., Sandra holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and is a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) with a strong background in accounting, tax preparation, and financial planning. She offers clients a comprehensive approach to real estate investments, combining deep finance and tax knowledge with practical property management experience to deliver integrated, value-driven strategies.

She is affiliated with Slice of Florida Realty (and previously with Century 21 Sunbelt Realty) in the Venice / Port Charlotte area of Southwest Florida. Sandra assists clients with both residential and commercial real estate transactions and is particularly well-positioned to help investors navigate opportunities in Florida’s active markets.
