Having worked in Real Estate in Santa Cruz County for the past 10 years, I am delighted to join the Oasis Properties team. For many years I have respected Frank Claiborne’s wealth of real estate knowledge and experience. It is a great honor to now have the opportunity to work with him.
My own real estate career started after purchasing property in Santa Cruz and realizing my lack of familiarity with the American process of real estate. In order to right this, I decided to take my Real Estate exam! Who knew that this would lead to my calling in Real Estate! I’ve never looked back. It was a natural and easy transition after working for years in tourism, hospitality, marketing, contracting hotels and having managed property rentals. More-so, I am a ‘people’s person’ and pride myself on being communicative, available and approachable for my clients and giving them the time, resources and service they need to understand each step of such an important transaction. I understand that this is a life decision whether purchasing or selling property. I am naturally detail-oriented and understand the power of good quality photography with a focus on a great marketing strategy in order to obtain top dollar in a competitive market.
Born in London, UK I studied Languages and Business Studies at Universities in both the UK and France. After graduating, I longed to travel and embarked on a career in tourism. Having worked in the travel industry all over the world (including France, Switzerland, Cyprus, USA, Portugal, Kenya, Corsica, Columbia, Mexico), I landed in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in the 1990’s. I resided in Mexico for 12 years before moving to Santa Cruz and falling in love with this area in the early 2000’s. I decided then that I didn’t need to move any more and this would be a perfect place to settle and raise my daughter. I have since lived throughout Santa Cruz County – from Aptos, to the Westside and Boulder Creek – and feel grateful to have found such a beautiful area with such wonderful communities. I am thankful everyday to be able to live in such a beautiful part of the world.
