Kenosha, Wisconsin native, Sandy Fink is Midwest born and raised. Fink attended nursing school, however drawn by the real estate opportunities of Las Vegas, Nevada she moved from Kenosha to Las Vegas in 1989 to pursue her Real Estate Career. The Real Estate Industry proved to be very lucrative for Fink. At the age of 30 her personal Real Estate portfolio exceeded $1.0 million with a sales volume in excess of $26 million. After six years as a residential agent for Americana Group, Better Home and Gardens, Fink joined Americana Commercial Group.
Sandra Fink, CCIM has the experience of over 800 million in commercial investment sales and over 5 million square feet in commercial leased spaced. She has developed several Retail and Office projects within Nevada. Sandy has helped several investors and owners get the best return on there investments from the acquisition of the land, building and leasing the projected to the sale. She represents Regional and National Industrial, Retail and Office Tenants in the Las Vegas market. Sandy was the Director of Membership for the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter. As the Director of Membership her duties are to help Real Estate Professional get started in the Local Southern Nevada CCIM Chapters along with the getting them started in the National Program of Education. Sandy was the Director of Real Estate for Stable Development a Medical Builder with over 450,000 sqft of medical office within Las Vegas market. Just recently she has opened a Real States Firm under the new name of Sandra L. Fink & Associates Inc., they specialize in Commercial Sales, Leasing, Investment and Medical Office.
Sandra Fink is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). The CCIM designation requirements include completion of a 240 classroom hour curriculum, experience resume documenting a minimum amount in closed transactions, and completion of a comprehensive examination. Considered within the industry as the “PhD of Commercial Real Estate”, course topics include financial analysis, commercial brokerage, market analysis, tax planning, decision analysis, corporate real estate and tax.
More than 13,000 commercial real estate professionals have earned the designation. Currently, 3,000 professionals are pursuing their CCIM designation.
