About Sandy

With over 25 years of full time real estate experience selling homes and investment properties in Orange, Riverside, San Diego and Los Angeles Counties, my knowledge is extensive and not limited to one neighborhood or area. Prior to beginning my career in real estate, I worked in the Aircraft Interior business in the contracts department for a large manufacturer in Southern California. I started my career working with the McDonnell Douglas/Boeing commercial aircraft and the Bombardier regional commercial aircraft before switching careers to real estate. Prior to aerospace, I worked in the marketing department of an aftermarket automobile company.

The knowledge I obtained working in contracts and marketing made the transition to real estate easy. The real estate contract and all disclosures involved in the sale of a home or investment property can be complicated. My past experience gave me a better understanding of contract language and the ability to translate this information to my buyers and sellers.

I have been a real estate agent with the same company since the beginning of my career. Working with Star Real Estate who was purchased by Seven Gables Real Estate, I have had great success and earned top awards, including top 1 and 10 percent in sales year after year. My goal is to establish lifelong relationships with all my buyers, sellers and investors. My real estate teams consist of the best of the best transaction coordinators, escrow specialists, lenders, assistants and tradespeople.

In my spare time you will find me walking for exercise, playing beach volleyball and spending time with my family.
