Sandy was a joy to work with! She really listened to what we were hoping for, and found it for us. I shared with her our hope to be in our new home by Christmas, she not only had us in our new home by then, but helped us close in 3 weeks! She helped us through the entire process, as first time buyers I really am grateful for her guidance along the way. Sandy also paired us with a great team- loan officer etc. I am extremely thankful to Sandy. She found us the perfect home for our family of 5 and also found us a new community where we've already made friends we'll have for a lifetime.

My husband and I both were so glad to be introduced to Sandy from our son, who Sandy helped him on his first home purchase. From the beginning Sandy was extremely kind, helpful, & understanding of our family situation in finding our forever home. Her knowledge alone was the key that brought us to our home. Sandy helped me and my fiance with the purchase of our very first home! It was especially challenging for us trying to purchase as first-time home-buyers during the pandemic and this very competitive housing market. Sandy is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly responsive and very ethical. My two year old daughter keeps asking when Sandy is coming over to the new house - she made a stressful process enjoyable and was very understanding and soothed out worries when we were downtrodden after losing several offers. Sandy is the best realtor I’ve worked with hands down. She knows San Diego county, she listens to what the clients want, & she comes up with a plan and then multiple backup plans just to be sure. She always had a great attitude and never once did she seem like we were annoying her with our questions or requests. She sold our home over asking price with backup offers if needed. Sandy is the best agent I have interacted with by far! Because of her diligence and hard work we had more than 250 people at our open house which resulted in dozens of offers. Our home went into escrow the first weekend it was on the market. She also killed it representing us as buyers. I would hands down recommend her to all my family and friends!!
