Sara is the best agent we have ever worked with. We moved from out if state and called Sara to help us find a home in Virginia Beach. Sara stayed in touch with us for several months before we actually moved to the area. She sent us new listings every day that fit within our parameters but never pressured us to buy. She actually urged us not to worry, saying we would keep looking until we found the right fit. She was good about pointing things out to make sure we found what we wanted and what was right for us. Even now that we have closed on the property she continues to check in. On a personal note, Sara is a kind and caring person who always looks for a positive way to deal with every situation. She is very professional and never lets anything slide. She dots her i’s and crosses her t’s always. Professionalism and competence are important to her. From the moment we informed Sara that we wanted her to be our agent she jumped into high gear and immediately started helping us get our house sold. She suggested some minor updates to the house including light fixtures and paint and put us in touch with a staging company. Every time we needed a contractor to help with the work she referred us to experienced, licensed contractors who took care of it. Once we listed the house we started getting showings which soon turned into a purchase offer. We had a couple offers that fell through on the buyer’s end, and both times Sara was on top of it, scheduling new showings that ultimately led to the sale within 6 weeks of listing. Overall we felt that Sara went beyond the call of duty to get our house sold. We would definitely recommend Sara to anyone wishing to sell their house.

Sara is absolutely amazing! She knows what she’s talking about and what she’s doing. She has a calm quiet confidence that is so likeable yet is awesome at her profession!!! She sold our house basically the day it hit the market we just didn’t commit to that buyer til the weekend. She makes sure to keep you on schedule but never is pushy at all. Her goal is to help you achieve your goal which for us was a very quick sale to move out of state during the holidays. She was available nearly all the time. We had interviews with other one people who argued her recommended sales price wasn’t realistic well they were wrong and we would have lost out of a lot of money had we believed them. Give Sara a call you will not regret it!

Bottom Line: Sara sold my house quickly and for the price I wanted.

She immediately set herself apart as the only Realtor who took the time to actually call me when I started my search for a Realtor, everyone else sent robo calls, texts, and automated emails.

She was upfront and honest regarding my asking price for the market conditions and what work needed to be done to make the house sell. She communicated with me constantly throughout the process, and answered all my questions.

She was outstanding in every regard. I would absolutely ask her to work with me again, and would recommend her to anyone selling their home without hesitation.
