Sara Duque

Sara joined Beverly-Hanks in June of 2014, fulfilling a desire to work in real estate since she first obtained her license in 1988. She believes that her different roles in life enables her to be flexible, to multi-task and to be creative in a way that serves your home and property buying and selling needs.

Sara is a local graduate of East Henderson High School and has worked in consumer financing as a branch manager in Hendersonville, NC, a preschool teacher of Nativity Preschool and Kindergarten in Arden, NC. Sara initiated and assisted with the chess program at Avery's Creek Elementary School and Valley Springs Middle School which enabled many of the students to go on to become State Champions.

She is an active member of the Asheville Board of Realtors. All of this has enhanced Sara understanding that life is a journey, not a destination, and has bumps and turns along the way. Being a native of Henderson County.

Sara currently lives in Biltmore Park with her husband, her son is pursuing at Master's Degree at UNC Chapel Hill and her daughter is an upcoming senior at University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in Oxford MS. She enjoys walking, bike riding, sunny beaches, traveling to new places, the beauty of fall, the smell of crisp leaves and driving her yellow Mini Cooper convertible.
