Sara has been working with me for a long time. She diligently sought housing and finance options that were right for my family. She stayed in contact for a couple of years while we navigated the process. She helped me find a homebuying program that helped me find the home of my dreams. And I don't mean that lightly, the house she helped us get is better than I could have hoped for, especially after having such dismal experience as a renter for a couple of decades. Sara was also persistent in the negotiation process, trying to help all parties get a fair deal. She was patient and a great communicator, keeping us informed of everything going on with the process. She was also thoughtful and extremely considerate. Our vehicle broke down during our home buying search, and she offered us rides to help make the experience less exhausting. I am forever grateful to her for everything she did to help my family get into a really wonderful home in a great neighborhood.

Sara is amazing! She helped us move to Ohio from Texas, and we couldn’t have done it without her. Sara was very thorough with video showings and took the time to get to know us so she could help us find the perfect house. She’s prompt and clear with communication. I highly recommend her!

We met Sara by chance when we requested a showing through Zillow and we are so glad that we did. We put Sara in a tough spot. We were having a baby soon and really needed to get something that we loved, in our budget, in like 3 months, in a crazy difficult market. Sara got to work, got in tune with our needs, and honestly made us feel like we were her only client. It was not easy, but Sara got us exactly what we needed just in time. We honestly had some fun with an objectively not fun process. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

If you have a death in the family that requires a quick liquidation of home contents and property Sara is the one to call.. we had to fly in from Florida to help our mother in Ohio that had lost her ability to stay in her home on her own. I made a cold call to Sara and she was able to act quickly and within three weeks had a plan put together that allowed us to vacate the home and she took care of everything. The home was inventoried and contents were auctioned off all under the direction of Sara. The home was then marketed and sold Within a month of our first Contact with her. She is a hard worker doing all of the legwork necessary that would have taken us months to do on our own. Do not hesitate under fear of Suspicion as she was extremely Fair with everything that she did and reported regularly and communicated constantly every step of the way. And it was a nice surprise for my mother to have received proceeds not from just the contents sold inside the home but also an above dollar amount for the house whenever it's sold too... definitely call her for your needs.

Sara is very easy to work with and is very patient with her clients. We had Sara for two years as our realtor while my wife and I were looking to buy our first home. She could have dropped us as clients but she didn’t, she follows through until the end. She NEVER pressured us into buying any home that we looked at. She listens to what you’re looking for in a house and finds it. She’s also very easy to reach day or night, and has a good response time on missed phone calls. I would recommend Sara to anyone I know looking for a good realtor.

I’ve bought and sold many properties through the years and worked with many realtors. Sara is among the best I’ve encountered. She is very professional and communicates well. She is patient in looking at multiple properties to find the right ones. It’s also important that the realtor knows the areas in which she works and Sara certainly does. This was helpful in avoiding mistakes about an area or property in a location you may not be familiar with. It makes a difference. She is not shy about opinions about a place even if contrary to your own. This helps to temper some of the emotions a buyer may have about a property. I recommend without reservation.
