Now that we’re approaching the end of the road for selling and buying our new home, I have nothing to say except for how incredible Sara and her team have been to our family. Working with Sara has been full of bliss and memories, I can’t imagine EVER looking further for a realtor! Sara has been nothing short of hands on, caring, and sensitive to our needs during this process.

Not only has she helped us sell our family home that we’ve lived in forever, that has been a very sentimental sell, she also helped us purchase a new beautiful home that we’ll be able to make plenty of lasting memories in. I’ve never seen someone so dedicated to their job, who actually loves what they do and enjoys working with the families she’s comes in contact with. Sara is always looking out for us and our needs, on top of ever question and concern- she literally has your back no matter what, it’s amazing. If you want to see something, she sets it up right away, if you’re confused about something she explains everything, bottom line, she makes this stressful process EASY. Did I mention how good she is with kids? Amazing. The kids love her. She always has some sort of treat or gift for them during this process to help time speed up. I can go on and on.

Sara and Amanda have been such a blessing to our family in enduring our next adventure, and I’m so glad they’ve been able to be such a huge part of our story. I know with Sara we have a wonderful realtor and also a wonderful friend for life. We’re so grateful for her and her amazing women led team- how awesome is that! Thank you for all of your long hours of work and dedication to us, none of it has gone unseen.

Wow! I can’t say enough about Sara! She’s kind, patient & most importantly gets the job done! She’s very knowledgeable & tells you what every single thing means in detail on all documents. She forms a working relationship with other agents which helps close the deal. She is never too busy to come look at a house, even if it’s an open house & her presence isn’t needed. Makes you feel like she’s doing it because she wants to & not just for business. She truly becomes a friend at the end of it all (if you’re not already friends prior). She’s a one of a kind agent & I would never go to anyone else!

I am so glad we chose to work with Sara Farsani!

The official wins: Sara got us multiple offers far over asking on our condo, AND she helped us find a beautiful home with a pool!

The timing: In March of 2022, we decided to go for it and try to find a larger place to move to. We fully expected it to take months - in this competitive market - for a seller to accept our offer on a new home; however, our offer was accepted just a month after my initial “hey, we’re looking into realtors” call with Sara! We told her we had to act quickly, and she worked to make everything happen far quicker than we expected (the photos, our showing, submission of offers, and our accepted offer).

The additional wins that matter to me: Sara is fun to work with. Buying and/or selling is stressful, but Sara remained a pleasure to work with. Sara is persistent. We never had to worry about missing deadlines or our window of opportunity because Sara stayed on top of lenders, selling agents, escrow, inspectors, and more. Sara is genuinely helpful. Even now after everything has closed, she is providing us with other recommendations for various types of work.

We feel so fortunate (and still feel shocked!) to have had such a quick, seamless process buying a home – but we know we have Sara to thank for this.

Sara has a kind heart and a fighting spirit—a perfect combo in a realtor. We had worked with a number of realtors prior to meeting Sara, and we were pretty worn down with the home buying process. Then we met Sara, who was so different from the other realtors we had worked with—Sara works hard for her clients, and has so much integrity and savviness. Sara goes above and beyond to take care of her clients and do everything she can to get them the house they want and to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Whenever I had a question, Sara would get back to me right away and follow-up on whatever it was I was asking her about. Sara clearly cares about the people she works with, and her integrity and caring nature are evident in her every interaction. Sara is also a joy to be around, and looking for houses with her was actually fun. I was not the easiest person to work with as I was stressed and anxious about the home-buying experience, and Sara always took any stress off of my plate when she could to ensure that anything I was concerned about was taken care of. Sara helped us to get our dream home, and we would absolutely recommend Sara to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Sara is wonderful to work with! My mom passed away this year and Sara worked with my Dad to find a vacation home in the state we live in! We look forward to making memories with my father in this home that we only snagged because of Sara’s expertise and dedication!

After we located the home Sara followed up immediately with the other agent to ensure we got it! During the entire buying process—through escrow—Sara was so lovely to work with the other side got her a closing present along with many compliments on her work!

Sara is hands down THE BEST! My dad passed away and I had to sell his house thru probate. As you all know probate properties are very difficult and time consuming. After several Realtor interviews, I found Sara. She knew I needed her help in selling my dad’s home ASAP. She welcomed the challenge with open arms. With her help, we interviewed 5 probate Attorneys and were able to find the best one which turned out to be her referral. She helped me every step of the way, as if she was my sister. She even recommended contractors to help get the house ready for sale. They were reasonable, professional and able to get the job done on time! Sara kept me in the loop throughout the entire process! Once the house was ready to be listed, she advertised like crazy on every platform possible! Her determination and expertise did not go unnoticed! We listed my dad’s home on a Thursday afternoon and by Sunday we had 17+ preapproved qualified offers well above asking price, highest was +$45K. She went thru every single offer to help me understand the real estate verbiage and answered all my questions. I accepted a offer that fit my needs and the house sold in 3days from listing. She even recommended an escrow company that was professional and knowledgeable. They closed in 15 DAYS-Very impressive!!!! The whole process from beginning to the end was taken care of by Sara. Her kindness and thoughtfulness did not stop there…..After everything was done, she dropped off a beautiful basket full of goodies which included a hand painted portrait of my dad with my girls. This brought tears to my eyes! There comes a time in your life where you just know you’ve been sent an Angel to help! I can’t speak enough about Sara’s work ethic. She works extremely hard to make sure her clients are well informed and satisfied. I have recommended her to my family and friends, and I will continue to do so. Sara was a joy to work with and was vested in helping my family make the best decision. She was available to us to answer questions about the different areas we were interested in and was very responsive to our emails and text. Being new to SoCal and the purchasing process here she explained it all to use to make sure we understood and felt comfortable; she was very patient. She even worked with me on a day I had my little one with me and made it fun for a 2 year old touring home all day. We have a property management company and we refer all of our clients interested in buying or selling to Sara. We recently referred one of our tenants that was interested in purchasing a home to Sara and she found them the home of their dreams! She figured out their budget, got them in touch with a top notch lender to get them pre approved, and worked with their lease dates to ensure a smooth transition from renting to owning. She also was able to negotiate their new home purchase which people do now always know you can negotiate the price on because they work directly with the builder who is not going to fight for them like an agent like Sara. The escrow process went smoothly and she held their hand every step of the way because they were first time home owners. I cannot say enough about her service, passion and dedication to her clients highly recommend!

We were referred to Sara from a friend of ours that recently bought and sold their home. Selling our first home wasn't easy on us since this was the home we brought our baby home to but we are so glad we worked with Sara.

Sara was kind and patient through the process but was able to get us everything we wanted and more through negotiations.

Sara is a hard-working agent who will hustle and do whatever it takes to get you what you want. She represented us on both selling our home in Irvine (Orange County) and buying a home in San Marcos (North San Diego County) -- and did a wonderful job on both deals during the unchartered waters of Covid. She is knowledgeable, patient and now feels like family to us! As a new mom, I was worried about disturbing my baby's sleep schedule but Sara learned his nap times and always worked around them. We can't thank her enough for everything she did for our family!

Sara was incredible from the first moment until the last and even after we closed! She was so thoughtful in everything she did and we were her top priority. She checked in every day. Yes, every day! She stayed on top of our lender and escrow to make sure we closed in 30 days. The lender was dragging and Sara really kept on them and never gave up and made it happen when we all thought we wouldn't be able to close. Her optimistic outlook, her motivation and her knowledge and support were extremely comforting and necessary! I've heard too many horror stories of realtors and I can't say enough good things about Sara. She's truly wonderful and went above and far beyond for us! I highly recommend working with Sara, you will not be disappointed.
