I cannot recommend Sara enough! We were living across the country and needed a house in Yuma but were unable to visit. Because of this, we put even more trust in Sara and she delivered every step of the way (in a very difficult buyers market)! She went above and beyond from finding the house, to after we arrived. I would highly recommend Sara to anyone looking for a phenomenal realtor!

We have used Sara for buying and selling in Yuma, and could not recommend her more highly. Sara was highly recommended to us by friends, and after using her to buy our house in Yuma I can see why! Buying site unseen from the east coast, in a sellers market, can be a frustrating experience, but Sara went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect house. She answered all of our questions quickly and patiently, helped up make a competitive offer, and assisted us with negotiations during the inspection process to make sure we were happy with the end result. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again for buying or selling!

Working with Sara was an absolute pleasure and she has my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a realtor! Sara and I have been working together to find a home since Aug/Sept of 2020. Due to COVID and my moving situation with the military, I basically bought a brand new home almost completely virtually with Sara's help. This was a new thing for my wife and I, but Sara took the time and care to ensure that every detail of the new house was built according to our intents and desires. Everything turned out perfect! All of the options, color schemes, details,... everything was better than my wife and I could have ever imagined haha, especially since we did almost everything virtually! in conclusion, Sara's awesome! We have had the wonder pleasure of working with Sara for the past year to find a house in Yuma! We came from South Carolina as a military family, so we had to find a home from a distance. We were interested in building for the first time and Sara was so incredibly helpful, every step of the way. We found Sara from calling on a property we were interested in. She right away answered and knew exactly the property were were interested in and all the details. She also was able to answer us on other properties we were interested in. Because of Sara's professional approach we decided she was perfect to continue working with. She was very patient with us as it took us several months to find the perfect house and she worked hard to make it happen.
