Sara’s journey into real estate began with a passion for creating inviting and functional spaces as an interior designer. She collaborated with several amazing local designers in selecting material for model homes within the Wichita and surrounding rural markets. She is passionate about helping builders and clients select home finishes for their entire new home. This includes kitchen & bathroom selections, fireplace materials, countertops, backsplash, flooring and paint throughout each room. She gained priceless relationships in the building industry from serving at Star Lumber’s New Construction showroom for five years and is able to offer a wealth of product knowledge.

In addition to her design background, Sara has a strong foundation in property management, where she developed essential organization skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach. This combination of skills allows her to navigate complex real estate transactions with precision and professionalism.

Sara earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Leadership from Southwestern College as well as gained her certification in Interior Design from Stratford Institute. Sara Ranked in Wichita’s top 200 residential real estate agents for 2023 out of approximately 2,400, which puts her in the top 8%. She earned her position in RSCK’s Master’s Circle in 2020, 2021,2022, and 2023. She earned President’s Club in 2019 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kansas Association of Realtors, Realtors of South Central Kansas and named Weigand’s Top 10 residential agents in 2023.
