Sara Orthober is the owner and lead listing agent of Orthober Homes, LLC. She is originally from Dallas, TX, but moved to Louisville in 1982. She has been here ever since, loving the Louisville lifestyle for the past 36 years. Sara started her career in real estate in 1997 after her husband, who is a new construction contractor, encouraged her to get her real estate license. Sara is very much a "people person", and loves helping others, so this career was a perfect fit. Twenty years later, she has built a successful career in the real estate industry helping countless buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate dreams. Sara is respected by her peers not only for her professional history and high ethical standards, but for her honesty and challenging work to ensure the smoothest real estate transaction possible. She has been on the Associate Leadership Committee for 5 years, an honor offered only to agents in the top 20% of sales for Keller Williams Realty. She has sold over sixty-six million dollars’ worth of real estate over the course of her career. Sara is devoted to her family, married for 23 years to her husband, Jason, and has two teenage sons and an impressive pug named Maggie. She loves interior design, cooking, gardening, traveling, watching her boys' sporting events, and volunteering at her parish in her spare time.
