Sara was our phenomenal realtor for our recent home purchase. I can't recommend her highly enough! Anyone who has been searching for a house in 2022 knows what a tough market it is right now: low inventory, high demand and even higher asking prices with little downward movement from sellers. Sara was an incredible resource for us. She was knowledgeable and patient with us, but a fierce negotiator and advocate focused on our best interests. Hopefully I will never have to buy another house, but Sara would be my only choice for real estate if I do!

My wife and I were just starting to look for our first home, when we found a house we really liked much sooner than we anticipated.
We reached out to Sara and she was extremely responsive, was able to set up a showing really fast and then proceeded to walk us through the process of our first home buying experience.
Sara was patient, detailed, and was great to work with. Under Sara’s guidance we were able to make an offer that weekend.
I would recommend Sara to anyone looking for a new home.

Sara was amazing to work with and I would recommend her to anyone. We had other realtors we had planned on using, but we meet her at an open house and connected with her right away. It is no easy feat to buy a home right now in this crazy housing market, but she was able to help us buy our new home and sell our old home in under two months. I believe the reason we were able to get an offer accepted to buy a new home was entirely her expertise. She was responsive and able to get us into home visits extremely quickly. She is also very knowledgeable about the market. She offered her opinion on what we should and shouldn't ask and offer on our offer letter and the first offer letter we submitted was accepted. That is very rare right now. She also applied the same expertise to our home sale and got us to accept the best offer for us. Very friendly and does not take too many clients at once so that you have her full attention

My husband and I met Sara from an open house in 2019, she stood out from all agents we met at the time, even it was a short encounter, we found her to be a a very pleasant and to helpful person to work with. We knew we would go for her when the time we really start looking to buy our first home.
Sara helped us closed our first house in late May, my husband and I could not thank her more. As a first-time-home-buyer with time pressure during this crazy market, we were so stressful and clueless at the beginning. Sara took care of everything to make sure we have a peace of mind, which was so important for us.We really appreciated how she was on top of things and how she kept us informed every step away. Sara did a lot more for us than we ever expected from a realtor.
We would highly recommend Sara to our friends and family or anyone that is looking for a reliable real estate agent.
The whole journal would not be this smooth without her.

We met Sara at an open house in the earliest stages of our home search this summer. We’d met quite a few nice agents at various open houses but Sara stood out. She seemed genuinely interested in helping us even though our timeline to buy wouldn’t be until 8 months away, in the Spring.

Sara stuck with us with just the right amount of follow ups; checked in to let us know she was available without being pushy; did not overwhelm us with emails about available properties; and was graciously accommodating when we did ask to see homes. She did all these knowing that it could be months before we decided to fully commit to our search.

Because of her trust in us :) (yes in us), we made an offer and closed on our perfect home within 3 months of meeting Sara! It’s been an absolute whirlwind and my head is still spinning from how fast it all went — all made possible because of her huge patience and much needed guidance.

Choosing Sara Schutte as our realtor was the best decision we ever made. Working with Seniors with very little computer knowledge is quite challenging I’m sure. But her patience was amazing.
