Sara helped my partner Michael and I purchase our first home! From the beginning, Sara was an honest and excellent communicator. Her knowledge of the home buying process, hands on approach, and calm were clear immediately. She told us "When I say I'm going to do something, I do it." And she was right! She held our hand the whole time, and was a staunch advocate through offer, inspection, contingency, and closing. We are beyond thankful for her time and energy, from crawling into a dusty attic with a flashlight to get a closer look at something, to fielding phone calls and answering our questions with patience and knowledge. My husband and I recently closed on a house with Sara as our agent. We reviewed several agents, but she stood out among all others. As with any house buying process, there were times we got down, but she had our backs throughout the process and kept us motivated. We could tell she genuinely cared about our search. Her advice helped us a lot. She was always honest and straightforward, and we never felt like we were in over our head. She got our sense of humor and we clicked right away. Working with her was very enjoyable and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for an honest, professional, hardworking and efficient agent. I've already recommended her to several friends. Sara took the time to help find the perfect house for me. It took three times going through the home buying process for me to find the right home, and she was with me every step of the way, even when it got extra complicated. It wasn't easy, but she had my back when I needed someone in the ring with me. she paid attention to my needs, listened to what I wanted, and helped me find my perfect house. She explained the process in clear, easy to understand terms, and worked hard for my best interest even when she didn't have to. I highly recommend her, and would use her again. I found her randomly on Zillow, and what a fortuitous situation that became. I'm so glad I ended up with her, I truly love the home she helped me find.

Sara was just the best to work with! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and super nervous about the entire process. With Sara at our side, we gained a lot of confidence in knowing that she’d help us find our perfect house within our budget- no settling or compromises needed. Our home buying process took longer than most due to scheduling and some life events happening for us and the sellers during the time. We had our offer accepted at the end of March, and we just moved in during the last week of June! Despite this 4 month process, Sara never took the easy road. She stayed in contact with us, made sure everything stayed moving along and going smoothly. It felt like she made the process of finding, buying, and closing so so easy, all despite our long timeline. Her honesty and care for us as clients was something special. Never did we feel rushed, like we were just another sale to close, etc… I feel like I’d be hard pressed to find another realtor that was so understanding, down to earth, honest, knowledgeable, and in-tune with the market all at the same time. If you are looking for your next home, first home, or a home away from home, Sara is the realtor you need. Before we even began looking at houses she made sure to get an idea what types of houses I was looking for and what level of DIY I was willing to put into a house. She would keep her eyes open for houses that matched this and always let me know when something that matched my criteria was out there. It took us a few months but I found the one and without ever feeling pressured into buying or throwing an offer. Sara definitely knows what to look for as some of the houses we went to she noticed things I didn't that were definitely a big NO (water damage, the slope/grade of the floor, etc). If you need to find a house, I fully believe Sara will help you do just that.
