Sara is the BEST. I found her as a random agent when shopping on zillow when I was less serious about buying a home and she still took the time to educate me on the process. Once I started to get more serious about buying I toured with a few other agents and my experience with Sara was so much better than others. I called Sara up after those experiences and signed her as my agent instantly. She did an amazing job of tailoring my needs to the home buying search. She is also extremely educated and will hold your hand throughout the entire process. Sara is also extremely knowledgeable and honest about needed fixes with homes during the walkthrough process before even going to offer and inspection. I cannot recommend her enough.

Fact: Sara got my wife and I our dream home.
This review could end here, but I feel like that would be doing Sara a disservice.
We wanted to stay local, we wanted to stay within budget, but most of all, we simply wanted a place to call our own. Prior to meeting Sara, we had toured about 50 houses in just over a year, and made almost as many offers. Every house we toured, we were encouraged to put an offer in, in spite of glaring issues. We heard over and over, “this is the one for you”, and we believe it every single time. The FOMO and desperation were suffocating. We were waiving inspections, we were offering to cover seller’s costs, we were out of ideas and fresh out of hope. Every house we saw, we tried to say, “this is it”, and then we would inevitably be crushed when it slipped through our fingers. We were starting to think we would rent forever.
Then: Sara.
We were matched with Sara via Zillow’s built-in realtor finder to tour a house in our neighborhood. Sara met us promptly at the house. She carried herself with relaxed confidence, calm and observant, belying her tenacity and resolve. Expecting to see yet another house we would put on a pedestal and flaws we would overlook, something was different. Sara said “this isn’t the one for you”. We were shocked. Did she know something we didn’t? What was her game? Then she showed us another property. Again, she said “I don’t think this is the one for you either”. Fearful of the housing market continuing to sour around us, we scheduled a third property tour with Sara.
We came to the property where Sara had arrived some time before.
“This is the one for you.” And you know what? She was right.
Sara is an amazing realtor. She knows the business, she knows the angles, but more importantly, she has the taste, vision, and empathy to place the correct client in the correct house. The very first offer that Sara drafted for my wife and I sealed the deal on our dream home. We have been in our new property for about 4 months at the time of this writing, and we wake up grateful every day.
As first time homebuyers, Sara landed us the deal and stayed close with us through the whole process, patient and knowledgeable. To call her calculating sounds cold, but she knows what she is doing, and she will fight like hell for her clients. Our first Christmas in our home, we received a key-shaped ornament from Sara. It was such a sweet and thoughtful touch, especially since our business had already concluded. Sara genuinely cares about what she does, and she genuinely cares about her clients and their desires and tastes.
