Sara sold my property before the listing was even on MLS -- the time from Listing to Sale was less than 30 days!!! Wow!!! Sara drives the sale process with her positive attitude, can do spirit and attention to every detail. She showed me comparable properties and told me to list it at a higher price than I had planned. She was right and it sold for the higher price. If you are looking to List or Buy in central Florida, you definitely should consider using Sara. In addition to all of the above wonderful results, she is just a nice person to boot.

The experience with Sara was one that I would never forget. She was excellent, and I would truly recommend her to anyone. As a first time home buyer she helped us through the process with such grace and ease. I fell like it couldn't have been done without her guidance. Because of this what going on doing this pandemic it was hard at first to view the property but she went there with her phone and we was able to see the property with no problem. I have been involved with 5 real estate transactions using Sara. Sara is fantastic with trying to understand what you're looking for as much as what you're not looking for to keep the search efficient and effective. Contract processes go smooth and she's great with keeping communication lines open with the Buyer/Seller/Lender/etc. so that the process should be relatively painless. Would absolutely use again...and probably will at some point in the future. :)
