With an extensive educational background and a passion for real estate, I pursued my goal to become a licensed real estate professional. I obtained my real estate license in 1982 and a Master's Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate in 1985 from Texas A&M University/College Station. This level of education allows me to help clients make great real estate decisions due to my strong foundation in real estate theory and economics. Buying and selling real estate becomes less stressful when clients understand and are educated in their decision-making process which is always a main goal of mine. My extensive real estate journey encompasses a wide array of areas, including property valuation, sales, investments, property management, construction, and negotiations with government contracts. With my licensed husband, we successfully listed and handled over 235 government-acquired properties (HUD) in just three years.

I also hold an esteemed SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and diligently stay up-to-date with my Texas general certified appraisal license through ongoing education. Adding to my accomplishments, I was an adjunct professor sharing expertise in appraisal principles at San Antonio College, imparting invaluable knowledge in appraisal and valuation theory to other agents and students.
