Sarah has pursued her passion in the industry as an agent since 2010. She worked on a top producing team for over 9 years and has since earned her own award as a Chicago Top Producer. Sarah is proud of her reputation as a patient, knowledgeable and savvy real estate professional who knows the ins and outs of Chicago.
Sarah is thrilled to now merge her business with her long-time colleague Kai Schirmacher. Together they have formed the Chicago Nest team. They believe their detailed market knowledge, experience and unique skill set combined with the state of the art technology that Compass offers, will allow them to provide an unparalleled high level of service.
They have over 25 years of combined experience in the Chicagoland real estate market across all aspects of transactions ranging from first time buyers to multi-million dollar custom homes. Kai and Sarah have assisted buyers and sellers in a large variety of Chicago neighborhoods. Rental transactions also play a big part in their business and their familiarity with all the facets of the rental market in Chicago has helped them represent countless tenants and landlords.
When Sarah is not busy selling real estate she spends all of her time with her beautiful daughter Ava and wonderful husband Kyle. They reside in a townhome in West Lakeview where they are close to great schools, parks, dining and shopping. Sarah has enjoyed several home purchases of her own and particularly pioneering in several of Chicago’s booming neighborhoods. Sarah is so grateful for this new opportunity to take all of her experience in our amazing city of Chicago and elevate it to the great standards of Compass.
