I sold my first home in Adrian in July of 2019 and I was fortunate enough to have Sarah and Mike Buku as my Real Estate Agents.
I had another Realtor come out first but was not satisfied with him so I then called Grata Domum Realty and boy did they come in swinging!
Just a quick note they got me $40,000 more then what the first realtor was going to list my home for!
I feel I was truly Blessed the day I met Sarah and Mike and though they started out as my Realtor it turned into a close friendship where we now call each other family!
I just purchased a Condo in Brownstown and you bet I called Sarah and she was ecstatic that I called her and she immediately came Downriver and was my Agent here at my new home as well.
I know without a doubt that they work as hard as they can to make the transition go as smoothly as possible.
They keep you updated on everything, they call to ask if you have questions etc. and I would never go with another Realtor other than
Grata Domum Realty! Sarah and Mike both are the very best!!
So good that my sister is planning on selling her home in Wyandotte next year and has already said that she wants Sarah as her agent~
Doesn't get any better then that! And I will continue to spread the word about Sarah to anyone and everyone I know because I know for a fact just how hard she works for her clients.

Sarah is the best realtor. She got back to me very quickly during the whole process. We started to communicate during coronavirus when everything was shut down. And she helped find every bit of information she could on houses during that time. Finally we finally could look at houses and she not only showed us the houses but she talked all about them. If she noticed anything that needed fixed she pointed it out. And also gave recommendations on if we bought the house who could help fix it for us. But we found our dream house with Sarah! And she helped us through every step of the way. She did a lot of work that definitely extended above and beyond! Even working with the loan company to make sure we got the house of our dreams. I would recommend so much!!! You can not go wrong with them! Definitely someone you want in your corner!

We have worked with several realtors over the past 15 years and Sarah was by far our favorite. Sarah patiently showed us many houses and provided honest input. She was available to pull the data we requested and has a fantastic personality. We will definitely use her again for our future home buying and selling needs.
