A Cincinnatian for more than 25 years, Sarah attended The University of Cincinnati's School of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning, DAAP, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Design. Sarah works as a Full Time Realtor and is honored to represent the Top 11% of Coldwell Banker Realty Agents Worldwide. Sarah is an annual recipient of the President's Sales Club Individual Award and received The Coldwell Banker Realty Rookie of the Year Award in her first year in the business.
Sarah's design background and deep knowledge/appreciation of architectural history make her a uniquely qualified Real Estate Agent. Sarah spent the early part of her career working as an Interior Designer in the areas of hotel and office design on projects for Marriott, Hilton, The Borgata, and locally, The Cincinnati Opera offices in Music Hall. Her expertise in space planning, furniture design/layout and her ability to identify and highlight a property's noteworthy architectural characteristics have proven to be an invaluable skillset for her clients, both Buyers and Sellers alike.
Sarah is a Mother to lively twin boys who attend Walnut Hills High School and two equally lively rescue dogs. An avid runner since her days on the high school track team, Sarah has completed over 20 Full Marathons, 3 Ultra Marathons, Ironman Chattanooga and taught yoga in Cincinnati for almost a decade. Sarah gives back by fundraising for The Alzheimer's Association of Greater Cincinnati in honor of her Mother, and has acted as a Health Coach for their Monthly Movement Challenges. Sarah is incredibly hard working, compassionate, and tenacious, and will work tirelessly to help you buy, sell, or find investment opportunities around the Queen City.
