Sarah Cremer is the Owner and Principal Broker of Bluestone Realty Group. She is a licensed Broker with over 20 years of experience in the real estate and business sectors. She has held real estate licenses in the Carolina’s in addition to holding current licenses in Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida. Most recently, she served as the Supervisor of Land for Williams in Northeast PA, overseeing employees and contractors responsible for acquiring rights- of-way, land leases and fee real estate purchases.

Prior to this, Sarah managed acquisition and land matters for Progress Energy and Duke Energy in the Carolinas. She also worked for several land organizations in both supervisory and independent contract roles throughout the Northeast of the US, including Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, and Massachusetts.

Sarah began her career in residential and commercial real estate in Florida in 2004, ultimately serving as Vice-President of Sales. She has a strong background in real estate, land valuation, project/program management, and sales and marketing.

Sarah now lives in Lackawanna County and is knowledgeable of real estate in Lackawanna, Wyoming, Luzerne, and Susquehanna counties.
