Sarah Ford

Sarah is a well established Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Bain on Mercer Island, where she has sold real estate since 2001. She works closely with her clients and help them make informed, solid real estate decisions. She is known by her clients to be dedicated, professional, "on the ball," and committed to doing the best job possible. The majority of her clients are either repeat clients or referrals from previous, satisfied clients.

While she is based on Mercer Island she also sells homes the Eastside and in Seattle. Her sales have ranged in price from the entry-level market up to multi-million dollar homes, waterfront properties, and new construction. Her team has been the #1 Team in the Mercer Island Office of Coldwell Banker Bain almost every year since 2014.

She has lived on Mercer Island for over 20 years and in the Puget Sound for 30. She is actively involved in the community and efforts that support local institutions such as the Mercer Island schools, Mercer Island Youth & Family services, and Youth Theatre Northwest. Before selling real estate, she spent 4 years as a fundraiser for CARE, the international non-profit development and relief organization and 5 years as a Producer for a software company and two different start-ups. She grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from Tufts University in Boston.
