Since we are from out of town we figured it would be difficult to get a place secured. Not the case with Sarah, she worked so hard to make everything as seamless as possible. I started my search for a home august of 2021 and closed on my first ever home that following October utilizing Sea and sand realty Rebecca made life a breeze taking out or handling all of the hoops and hurdles along the way. She had my recommendation then but about 8 months of home ownership I had some family issues come up and needed to relocate. Rebecca contacted me to just check in and I mentioned this and she got going on a game plan on what my options are and how I should follow through. We ended up selling and Rebecca helped every step of the way! From cleaning to packing she was there putting in even more work than she was required to. I found that Rebecca wasn’t in it for the money she was in it for the people. To me that shows he character and her attitude is the prime example of an awesome realtor. She has my recommendation all day everyday!

Sarah Grace was amazing. She was instrumental in getting our dogs approved before we would accept the contract for our new construction home last year. She is very hands on and continually pushed the builder for updates when they weren't coming along as planned. If we buy or sell again we will definitely use her again.

Omg I can’t say enough good things about Sarah and Sand & Sea Realty! We had been struggling to sell our house with another company for months during a time when it should have sold quickly. We did not hear from our realtor and the things she suggested or told us to take care of were things she should have done herself. So when we hired Sarah we honestly did not know what to expect. Not only was she present and involved throughout the whole process, she was easy to talk to and ask questions to. With Sarah and Sand & Sea Realty behind the helm, we got an offer within a week and all the stress of what we were going to do if our house didn’t sell. We are a military family so it was nice to have people who cared and understand the stress of PCSing.

If I had another realtor, Id fire them and go find SG! Hands down she is the best in the business. Her customer service skills are top notch. She loves helping people find their dream home and make it a reality. Shes a tough negotiator, she maybe sweet and graceful but she will fight hard to get her client what they want. She is expeirenced and supper knowledgeable. I could tell you 1000s of reasons why SG is the best realtor to use, but keeping a long story short, if your realtor is not SG you have the wrong one.
