If you’re looking for a realtor who will truly be at your side every step of the way and go above and beyond for you, stop reading this review right now and go contact Sarah Grem! She’s super responsive, transparent, passionate about her work, and just an all around lovely person who’s easy to talk to.

Touring properties with her, you can tell she just has a genuine love of houses and finds them really interesting, she would point out little details we would easily have missed, or have really great ideas about how to use the space. We’ve worked with a couple of other realtors in the past and they were perfectly nice and friendly, but never showed even a fraction of the same excitement or interest in the places we saw. She was enthusiastic and positive but not in pushy/salesy way, it was important to her that we found the house that felt right for us. With the market so hot, it was really nice to not feel that pressure coming from our realtor to jump on something that wasn’t quite right just because it was available!!

She let us take our time, and go at our own pace. We’re both pretty laid back, and since we already owned a house, we really only wanted to make a move if there was something we absolutely couldn’t pass up. We had quite the little list of non-negotiable requirements (big garage, nice yard space, privacy, historical charm, close enough to 83, not on a busy road) and Sarah managed to not only find us the perfect home, but she also helped us get it for 15k under asking with a VA loan—an absolute miracle in the hottest market for decades!!

It was kind of a complicated sale with two houses on one parcel, and of course the VA loan added another layer, but Sarah worked so hard to make the process easy and seamless for us, and I think her results really speak for themselves.

When I found out that Sarah had become a realtor, I knew I wanted her to sell my house. She is very personable, she has great communication skills, very organized and amazing attention to detail. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and helped me through the stressful process of selling my home. I'm so glad I chose her as my realtor.

Sarah was phenomenal! So pleasant and beyond responsive. I heard from her multiple times a day with new listing possibilities. She definitely took the time to listen to what I wanted and went above and beyond to help me find it. BOOM!
