We met Sarah when we purchased our house outside Philly in 2017 as she was the relator for the house we where purchasing. We where so impressed with how she handled the closing procedures for the then sellers that we it came for us to move in 2020 we reached back out to her to see if she would help us sell the same house. She was our relator during this sale and went above and beyond what a relator can do. Her access, knowledge, network and just overall great personality lend her to being one of the best experiences we could have ever asked for, even granting the pandemic environment and all that difficulty it entailed. We successfully sold our old place and have since moved but Sarah helped us just about every step of the way from contractors to even finding a place to rent post home sale. There's no way during the insanity that was 2020 would we have sold that place without her help and assistance. I'm not currently looking to purchase at the moment but when I'm ready to buy a home again I will be contacting her to represent us in the process again. 5/5 stars experience and will reach out to her when we're ready to purchase again.

Sarah is an extremely professional and knowledgable real estate agent. Sarah help my family navigate through the summer market of 2021, which was the most competitive buyers market in history. In addition to the pressure of the market my family and I were also on a very tight time frame. Sarah went above and beyond finding houses that fit our needs and ensuring we got into the homes quickly. Sarah was also extremely diligent and timely to ensure we put our best offer forward. Above all I also truly enjoyed the time spent working with Sarah and bouncing my ideas and thoughts off of her. She made one of the most stressful times of my life enjoyable and constantly reminded me that we would find something perfect, despite the competitive market.
