To put it simply, Sarah is an absolute ROCKSTAR! We were lucky enough to have her represent us in our first home purchase, and she supported us every step of the way. She started with giving us a thorough education on the home buying process, set up multiple private showings for us, and was in constant communication with us as we went to open houses to get feedback and hone in on our search.

When it came time to put in an offer, Sarah was fast paced and skilled in negotiation. And her work didn't stop at the offer - she project managed the close process and was with us throughout it all.

I wish I could give Sarah 10 stars - she is the best!!!

Working with Sarah to find my new apartment is a decision I will never regret. She had a personal relationship with the management company of the unit I was interested in. Thanks to her advocacy, I got in quickly for a showing and was able to negotiate some nice rent specials and push back the lease start date to account for my old apartment. Sarah was available every step of the way and checked in regularly, all the way through my move.

I hope to stay in my apartment for awhile but plan to work with Sarah on my next search and would recommend her to anyone else looking for a real estate agent in and around Chicago!

Sarah helped my roommate and I find a place in the Lincoln Park/Lakeview/Gold Coast area. We were able to layout what we were looking for in our apartment search and she was able to pinpoint many apartments in prime locations and with everything we were looking for in a timely manner. When looking for a new apartment, we were a little lost, and were not totally sure what we wanted. Sarah helped us identify what we thought was important in a home, then set out to find the best place for us. She would send us homes that look interesting for us, and she would follow up on details for homes we found online. For showings she printed out all the important information and helped us figure out what we liked or disliked. We ended up with an home we love. Overall working with Sarah was a wonderful experience, and we have recommended her to a number of family and friends.

Sarah was very straight-forward, responsive, and helpful. Every time that we needed something from her, she would quickly and accurately address our needs and concerns.
