I must say, initially; the home buying process was a bit nerve wrecking. However, having Sarah as a realtor literally made all the difference. Going above and beyond her call of duty; would be an understatement. She was AMAZING! She was extremely patient and informative with us. She kept us abreast with everything that took place. And, in some of these instances; the information was beyond our scope of knowledge. She would take the time out to enlighten us to exactly what things meant; in plainest terms. We have been looking for a home in SC for a number of years, trying to find a home while hundreds of miles away were very difficult, however even from a distance Sarah did her best to help us find our new home, always sending us listing, doing virtual showings and even taking our daughter, who already lived in the area, out to see houses for us. We knew we needed to be closer and to go out physically with Sarah. So we sold our home in PA, came to the South and continue the work of searching. Sarah had so much patience with us, she wanted to make sure we got the house we desired. It was not easy working with us, this I know, because we were already home owners, we knew what we wanted and what we didn't want, we knew she was going to have a hard job ahead of her working with us, but she never gave up nor did she get tired of us. Sarah reassured us that we would find the home just right for us. Thank you so much Sarah J. Howard for your patience and all of your efforts in finding the house we needed. We can't wait to move into our new home. Thank you again, you are the best.

I am so pleased and happy to provide this review. Sarah was very professional, honest, and provided above and beyond service. I appreciated how she understood my needs and wants for a home. One thing I know is she was not going to sell me a house I wouldn’t be happy with long term. Since I was unable to see most of the homes in person her and her coworker Todd did an amazing job with the virtual tours. Always on time and very prepared to show me important aspects of the house so I can make the best decision. She also kept me encouraged that the house and neighborhood would find me. Lol and it did. Sarah also had great recommendations of businesses and contractors to assist with upkeep of my home. I definitely recommend her. You won’t be disappointed.
