Sarah-Kate is wonderful! She helped us get our house on the market and went above and beyond even helped us with touch ups and getting the carpets cleaned. With our lives being crazy after a major surgery I had my mental capacity was tapped out and she took over and got it done. She was even great at coordinating post inspection repairs finding the best Plumber electrician And got it done quick and cheap!

Our house sold in a day! She has so many connections and started marketing it to other realtors before we even went live to get us going quick.

The selling process is always crazy but with Sarah-Kate it was so smooth and seamless! She guided us step-by-step And reminded us of what we needed to get done.

She is such a genuine person and treated us like family. We’ve had great realtors before, but she definitely went above and beyond and is the absolute best! Highly recommend her!

I recently bought my first home with Sarah Kate. She made the process smooth and stress free, something I never imagined to say about the home buying process! She was quick to answer any questions I had although she’s so attentive and thorough that I rarely needed to ask questions!
