Sarah Lipkowitz

Sarah is an associate broker specializing in residential and equestrian estates in both Maryland and Virginia. Originally from Montgomery County, she has been involved in the Maryland equestrian community for most of her life and particularly enjoys putting that expertise to use when helping her clients buy and sell equestrian estates. As an FEI dressage rider and farm owner herself, she has an in-depth understanding of the equestrian community. As an equestrian agent, she is able to advise a seller on how best to prepare their farm for sale and can also provide valuable insight to farm buyers when walking through a property. Knowing that each client may manage their animals differently and thus have different requirements is key to ensuring that her clients are looking at properties that are suitable for their needs. When she is not showing farms, Sarah can be found at home on her very own equestrian estate or out and about at local competitions and events.
