Sarah really understands the needs of a home buyer, especially one that is looking for a vacation home. Her ability to understand the goals of the buyer and then show properties that meets those needs helped us understand the market and what was realistic in our price range. For Sarah it was more than a sale, it was pairing a buyer with a property understanding your "wants" but also providing insight in to the overall real estate market now but also in the future when you decide to sell. It did not stop there as she was always talking about improvements, contractors, and the overall regulations on the property. I would not hesitate to recommend her!

Thanks Sarah for making the sale of or Lake House effortless. Being from out of state and not available to take care of all that needed to be done, Sarah took care of everything. We knew from the start that Sarah was who we wanted to work with in the sale of our house. Sarah’s smile and enthusiasm made it a pleasure throughout the entire process. Dealing with a sister-in-law with unrealistic expectations on the selling of her home, Sarah went beyond the scope of agent to slowly becoming a friend to the SIL, and over time getting the SIL to understand the real estate market and how to get the best realistic price for her house. And when the time came to close on the offer, once again Sarah stepped up and worked magic with the SIL to finish out the transaction, leaving the SIL with a smile on her face. Nice Job, Sarah, couldn't have asked for better. D.

She really knows the area and is in tune with current trends. When we first reached out to Sarah she responded quickly and was available to meet with us right away. When making investments in realty you want someone you can trust and has a rich knowledge of the realty industry and the communities.
