I have worked with the same lender and escrow agent for the past 10 years. My team of processors is very strong. What we put into escrow stays in escrow. I run a tight ship.” Today, based in the flagship Newport Beach office of RE/MAX One Luxury, Sarah works with sellers and buyers throughout the region. “I know Southern California’s beautiful coastal communities inside out. I know the neighborhoods, the homes, the marketplace, and, of course, the lifestyle. Though Sarah works with all types of transactions, she has two areas of special expertise: relocation and heirs processing the sale of properties.
