Sarah Manning

Sarah Manning was born and raised in Little Rock, AR for most of her life. For a few years, her family moved around to different states due to her father being a Civil Engineer. During this time, she lived in different neighborhoods and met many different friends. One thing remained constant: knowing the houses in the neighborhood. Her mother was always amazed that she knew everything about neighbors’ houses, who lived in them, and what they drove. Her love of real estate started at an early age. She would ride her bike around the neighborhoods. She would stop by all the open houses. Even on vacations, she would beg her parents to go to open houses for fun.

She went to college to become an elementary school teacher and continued to obtain her master’s degree in Gifted and Talented education. Her favorite part of teaching was developing relationships with her students and their families.

After years of longing to help real estate buyers/sellers and to develop relationships with families during such exciting times, she made her dream a reality by receiving her Real Estate Salesperson licensure from the State of Arkansas. Sarah will make it a priority to meet the needs of you and your family throughout the entire process. She will also make sure to take the process at your pace and make it a personal experience. Family:

Married for many years to my amazing, hardworking, loving husband (Matt) who is a Nursing Home Administrator and Used Car Dealership Owner. They have the sweetest little boy whom we adore with all our hearts (Cason). She has the most loyal parents, sisters, in-laws, nieces, and nephews who have molded me into the person she is today.
