We recently had the pleasure of working with Sarah and she is an exceptional realtor who truly made our home-buying experience seamless. From the very beginning, she was always available to answer our questions and address our concerns. She was optimistic but also realistic about the needs of being first time homebuyers in this crazy market!

P.S. During our home buying journey, we often talked about rescuing a dog . Sarah recommended a rescue that we found our fur-baby at. She truly turned our house into our home!

She kept me informed of everything that was currently on or coming to the market that fit my needs and budget. Once we found the right home she helped to make the buying process nearly seamless. My wife and I had a great experience buying and selling a home with Sarah. She is extremely friendly, easy to work with, and gave us sound and reasonable advice when we had questions. Throughout both processes, she was very quick to reply to questions, thorough with her responses, and kept us on track and on time with items we needed to complete on our end.

Sarah put together an amazing visual package for our house, which I believe led to the incredible amount of showings in the 1st week, and we were closed 3 weeks after going to market.

On the buying side, Sarah helped us look at many houses in this crazy market. She worked with our schedules to put together showings, advised us on market conditions and comps, an ultimately helped us bid and buy our home at a reasonable price. She took all of our constantly changing thoughts/ideas in stride, and really made the buying process enjoyable for us.

It’s difficult to find the adequate words to sum up what our (amazing) experience with Sarah as our agent was. From the start, with our first conversations and meetings, I knew we made the right choice. As we embarked on finding our forever home and selling our home of 15 years, Sarah was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and accommodating. If we wanted to look at a house, we had it promptly scheduled. When we finally found “the one”, from offer to closing, it was a smooth, seamless transaction for all of us!

When it came time to list our old home, we were again met with the same professional, knowledgeable, and honest guidance that we received when we were the buyers. Where to even begin? I have been friends with Sarah for many years now. Our relationship started off with me watching her kids and quickly grew into a wonderful friendship. I moved out of CT a few years ago, and in April of this year when my boyfriend and I began planning to relocate back to CT, I said there was only one realtor that I’d ever consider. Enter Sarah. Extremely patient, professional, funny, smart, and oh so much more. She navigated the waters for us with ease while making sure to match our eye rolling energy at some of the nonsense we encountered along the way (20 year old appliances marketed as new? I mean, cmon. 🙄) I can’t imagine having made this journey without her, and I’m so happy to be back in CT where we can once again get together with ease. Sarah is by far my favorite real estate agent I have ever met- let alone being an absolute boss to work with. She is honest, thorough, and realistic. I tend to have a hard time trusting any sort of real estate professional due to some questionable experiences in the past, but Sarah quickly made me forget why. She is the real deal. My partner and I had something very specific in mind, and she worked quickly to find us some options to begin our journey. I also found myself learning all about what to look for as a buyer based on the questions she asked the seller’s agent, homeowners, and inspectors. We haven’t quite found our dream home yet, but I can’t wait to continue working with Sarah to make it happen.

Sarah was incredible as my real estate agent. I had gone back and forth on whether to sell the home or not and she was extremely low pressure and put my wants and thoughts upfront rather than just pushing me to list. When I decided to list she was incredibly efficient at getting a photographer out to the house (he did a great job) and getting the home listed. The process was quick, transparent and easy! I also used her to purchase my new home. Even with having multiple other clients she always made sure she was available, responsive and did an incredible job of accommodating my MULTIPLE showing request. For something so big and stressful especially in today’s market she did a great job of making selling and buying a home as stress free and enjoyable as possible! I highly recommend Sarah to anyone else looking to do so!!!
