Sarah’s forward-thinking, creativity, patience, and thoughtful approach to every real estate transaction make her an exceptional advisor for clients. A native of Minnesota, Sarah obtained degrees in both Psychology and Geography. She then worked in sales and marketing departments for both small and large companies including Wyndham Worldwide and Honey Stinger. She honed a keen attention to detail as well as a refined understanding of client’s needs and wants. “I understand the why behind people’s actions. I know what attracts attention, what keeps it, and what attributes to focus on to close a deal.”

Since 2011, Sarah has made Steamboat her home, where she and her husband raise their two children. Her career as a real estate agent since 2015 has afforded her valuable hands-on experience, granting her a deep understanding of negotiation strategies and a nuanced expertise in the Routt County real estate market, spanning from the South Valley to North Routt and all points in between.
