Sarah Renard is a fifth-generation Pacific Northwesterner, born and raised in the Portland-Vancouver area. She attended college in Washington State, moved to Seattle for many years, and then moved with her husband to Washington, D.C. and Southern California before they settled back in Portland in 2007. Since then, they’ve bought, renovated and sold three homes across the city and they’re currently living in and working on a mid-century ranch in the Hazelwood neighborhood.
Her experience as a buyer and seller of her personal homes has helped shape her into the Realtor she is today. She understands how to navigate through the process to achieve a successful outcome for her clients. She will be the guide you need, explaining not just the “what's” as they’re happening, but the “whys” so you can make intelligent, informed decisions along the way.
Having undertaken both minor and major projects in each of her homes, she is able to assist you in preparing your home to be market ready as well as seeing the potential in homes when purchasing. She understands budgets and timelines for wide-ranging renovations and remodels, both cosmetic and foundational, and can recommend contractors and tradespeople who can assist you with your projects.
Her extensive background in marketing with brands such as Starbucks, Nordstrom, Microsoft, Daimler, Intel, Facebook and Hilton have given her the knowledge and experience she uses to thrive in real estate. This knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing each property.
