Born the eldest of five children to Mary and Bob Buddig, Sarah Buddig Swanson is a Hinsdale native through and through. She began dating her current husband and business partner Michael Swanson during high school, and they married 10 years later!
Sarah and Michael both attended Miami of Ohio, and Sarah then went onto receive her JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. As Michael's real estate career began to flourish, it seemed clear to them both that it was time for him to expand. A motivated Sarah was more than happy to join his team.
Like her husband and business partner, Sarah works in many areas throughout the region but primarily concentrates on the suburbs, while Michael predominantly focuses on the city. Among the many communities she serves are Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, and Western Springs. She has also worked with clients from LaGrange, Oak Brook, Elmhurst, Downers Grove, and Burr Ridge.
Sarah loves every part of the real estate process and enthusiastically greets every new transaction with careful consideration and strategic thinking. There is something special about seeing a client look at a property and realize that it's the place they want to call home.

Sarah has two little boys, Michael and Charlie, who keep her very busy in her free time. She and Michael Like to play with them outdoors and love their family walks around town. As a dedicated member of the local community, Sarah takes pride in being an original member of the Misericordia Young Professionals Council. The organization is incredibly dear to her heart, and she looks forward to continuing her work with them.
