Sarah has been instrumental in our journey to purchase investment properties from 1000 miles away, and most recently when we relocated to our primary residence in Oklahoma. Her vast knowledge of the OKC metro area was important for us to find the right properties to invest in. She is highly knowledgeable about the market, market trends and is honest about her opinions and will objectively guide you down the right path to purchasing what is right for you, not what will benefit her. She is very responsive and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am a military member moving across the country, and a back-to-back cross-country closing. I have not seen my house in person until 30 minutes before closing. I've worked with Sarah during this 5 months revolution and I must say that Sarah is more than impressive! She welcomed me when I first arrived in the state of OK. She took excellent care of me; everything about her work ethic and the house (which I briefly saw in pictures) were beyond my expectation. She was extremely caring and she is an expert at paying attention to details so she could cater to my needs. Many realtors would swear that they strive to meet your needs, actions speak louder than words: I can assure you that Sarah is patient, caring, motivated, and has a good memory that would remember everything about me and what we've discussed, and IT WAS MAGICAL! My house is exactly what I wanted, in the perfect neighborhood, an armpit of Norman, and away from the college crowd. She and my other realtor worked well together so my move, my selling and buying were seamless and I've avoided the stress of relocation. I thank and recommend Sarah wholeheartedly, and I've worked with great realtors from REMAX as well.
