My husband and I recently purchased our first home, we didn't even know if we wanted to work with a realtor, we had a few meetings with some other realtors- because how else will you view a home- but they all gave off that used car salesman feeling. We met Sarah pretty early in our search when we only had an idea of what we really wanted. Soon enough we had a website personalized just for us- showing us exactly what we were looking for. She was always easy to get ahold of and any questions we had about a home she always came back with- if not more information. Like how much we'd be looking at in flood insurance- It was Like her head was always on a swivel for us! She really made the entire home search and then the closing process very easy and simple- we truly feel that without her we would probably still be looking for a home or worse new owners of one that we don't absolutely love. She took care of us and didn't mind that we brought our three children to all of the showings. When we had to cancel, she was willing to come and get us, so we could continue to see homes! We know that we couldn't have been her only clients but we sure felt Like it! Best believe that the next time I hear a friend or family member talking about buying or selling a home we will be pointing them Sarah's way! If you are looking to buy a home- first time or not- we highly recommend Sarah Hall Teagle with the Darlene Hall Team!

Sarah did a great job finding a house for us. We were on a budget and coming from an hour away. She was flexible with seeing houses in the evenings and on the weekends. We looked at MANY houses and Sarah never made us feel like we were a burden. Closing was online and not stressful at all. We were very satisfied with her services.

Sarah was constantly working to find a home for me! She would send texts, emails and calls to help get me in to see a home, esp. in a market where the homes were on the market for just days before pending or contingent!!! Smooth process. Communication & professionalism is KEY!
