Sarah Wolverton has enjoyed a diverse career in the real estate industry since 1998 spanning property appraisals, mortgage lending and residential sales. She is uniquely qualified to help buyers and sellers in all facets of their transactions thanks to her seasoned understanding of the market and current home values.

Sarah’s mortgage experience also fueled her insight on how the process works, and how to find a client’s comfort zone in terms of price range and monthly budget. Her intimate market knowledge comes from years of living and working in the Seattle area. Born in Edmonds and raised in Mill Creek, Sarah currently resides in Kirkland with her family. Though her real estate business is focused on the Eastside, she is very familiar with Snohomish and King County having done appraisals there. Sarah and her husband also own several investment properties – one in Snohomish County, a four-plex in LA, and vacation rentals in Eastern Washington.
