Sarah Wood is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Florida and Georgia. She moved to the Jacksonville, FL area in 1998 to attend the University of North Florida...SWOOP! After graduating with a master’s degree in business, Sarah and her husband decided to open their own video game business. Over the years they have opened and sold a few other businesses. The experience of buying, selling, renting, and choosing great locations for their stores, piqued her interest in the details of a real estate transaction. She and her husband, a retired Senior Chief in the United States Navy, currently own and manage several rental properties as well as own bi-coastal homes. They have been stationed in Kingsbay, GA and Bremerton, WA during her husband’s career. She knows the stresses of "the Navy move" all too well.
