My wife and I met with Savannah to let her know what we were looking for from an investment standpoint. With very tight parameters and what was probably unrealistic expectations on our part she took the information and ran with it.

She found us an investment that checked all of our boxes and made sure we were always positioned with the seller as the best buyer.

After we got into the process she never stopped fighting to negotiate in my wife and I’s best interest. She made sure we got into what we wanted in a timely manner and on budget.

I can’t recommend Savannah enough and I hope I’m lucky enough to work with her again in the future.

Savannah went above and beyond showing us multiple homes, listing our home, dealing with “challenging” buyers, sellers and agents at times. Then finding us the perfect house for our needs and after closing she stepped into her interior decorator mode and helped us design it to be ours.

I cannot express how grateful I am for Savannah! We were not “actively” looking for a house but when we seen our dream home come on the market we called Savannah. She got us in the see it the following evening and hooked us up to get preappoved before even seeing it so we would be ready to put the offer in right away. Savannah did her research so we were able to write the most appealing offer. And we got the house! Then it came time to sell ours. It hit the market and Thursday and we accepted an offer on that following Monday! The process seemed so smooth but that’s only bc Savannah was HARD to not only get us the best offer but also coordinating dates. Both houses took 5 days from showing to accepted offer! It’s mind blowing how quickly she made it happen. It became very apparent that she knows the business inside and out and is extremely knowledgeable of all the moving parts in buying/selling a home. But most importantly we felt genuinely cared for, it’s obvious she loves her job and care for her clients. Oh and she’s really funny!

Then we came across savannah’s Page and saw the amazing other comments, my wife and I decided to give her a call and explained our horrible experience and without hesitation savannah was able to schedule us next day for consultation. When we had our sit down we just knew she was the right person for us to help me and my wife find our perfect home in the shortest amount of time we had. With faith, savannah went to BAT to find us the perfect home! Hiring Savannah was a last minute switch when we listed our home for sale, and we are so glad we made the switch! We had already met with three other realtors to sell our home and then Savannah came along offering professional services none of the others did. Then she asked if she could list our home for $25,000 more than any of the others wanted to list to for. We were a bit flabbergasted at that, but she laid out her reasons why she wanted to list it for that amount and explained her marketing strategies. She hired a fantastic photographer, included drone photography and marketed our house like crazy. Three weeks after listing, our house sold for $5000 under asking price in the middle of the pandemic (April 2020). We were terrified it wouldn't sell with the world shutting down, but she did it with grace and professionalism. The fact that she sold it for $20,000-$40,000 more than the other three realtors even wanted to list it for helped, too. Savannah also helped us find our new home. She was patient with the process of helping us identify what we really wanted in a new home. She was able to take what we told her and combine that with what she was seeing while we were touring houses to help us find the perfect new home. Thank you, Savannah!!

We put our home up for sale the week before the shut down from the Covid. With her hard work, she had us set up and doing virtual tours and with in 18 days our home was sold and we bought our new home.😉

Savannah went way above her responsibilities a week after we moved into our new home. We had a plumbing back up and we called her, not only did she get us a plumber and PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES ON A WEDNESDAY evening, Savannah herself came here and stayed till everything was done.
