Mayra Padilla is as good as it gets! Her professionalism, reliability and transparency makes her stand head and shoulders above any other realtors I have dealt with.

She is currently representing one of my properties I have on the market. I had heating issue come up with my unlisted/untenanted property adjacent to the aforementioned property. I realized one day before I was scheduled to leave town that there was no heat on in the property ahead of the massive winter storm scheduled to hit NY with freezing temperatures.

Mayra willingly jumped into action the next morning with only a few hours notice that Con Edison was scheduled to come to turn on the heat. Con Edison was not able to give a window for their arrival but that didn't dissuade Mayra from going over and sitting in her car and waiting. Mayra was present until they arrived and did not leave the property until she made sure that all the thermostats were on and operating and all the gas based appliances were functioning.

She kept me updated the entire time with photos and text messages. She was absolutely amazing and stepped up in a pinch!

I have had a pipe burst from a cold weather freeze at a previous property and I know how extensive and expensive that type of repair can be in an untenanted property. She possibly saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars and gave me peace of mind!!

Do not thing twice about working with Mayra! You will not regret it!

Chanel helped us find our current apartment and I have only positive things to say about her! From giving us the tour to providing us with all the info we needed to apply, she was very present and engaged through the entire process. We ran into a few issues with paying the deposit and legal documents but Chanel was really patient and understanding. She actively helped us problem solve and went above and beyond what most brokers do to make sure we got our apartment. Even after we moved in, she followed up and seems like she’s in close contact with the landlord. I would highly recommend going through Chanel/Peace of mind realty for your next apartment search. The whole process, which can be stressful at times, was made easier by her competence, kindness, and responsiveness. My roommate and I are both from California and were struggling to find a place in New York because we couldn't visit the places ourselves. Our friends were more than happy to help us look in person, but scheduling with them was too difficult and at the end of the day we needed a miracle... and Chanel Clark was just that! It was both of our first times looking for an apartment on our own, and as a second year college student I had no idea how to do any of it. Chanel made all of the meticulous technicalities of finding an apartment extremely clear and concise, and made sure to keep us hopeful when our faith of finding a good apartment wavered in such a hot market. I called or texted her multiple times confused and anxious about whether I filled something out correctly, and I just know any other person would have lost their patience with me... but Chanel stayed gracious with me the entire time and for that I am incredibly grateful. The whole process is daunting (especially since we were on a time crunch) but I felt cared for the whole way through. And she was just as excited about us finding/getting the apartment than us! Chanel Clark stayed within our budget and never pressured us to raise it the way other brokers had in the past, gave us her honest opinion on the places we looked at, and kept in great communication with us during and after locking in our new spot. Chanel Clark is the realtor you MUST HAVE. She is professional, honest and will work to rent your apartment as quickly as possible while ensuring that the tenants are high quality. My newly renovated apartment complete with exposed brick, hard wood floors, stainless steel appliances, accessible to main train and bus routes and in the heart of Brooklyn, sat on the markets for almost 7 months with a previous realtor. Chanel saw that the apartment was vacant and inquired if we would be interested in having her support in finding a tenant. Within 10 days Chanel was able to rent the apartment...10 DAYS! I was angry that the previous realtor truly did not show the interest in renting the apartment and quickly turned that anger into gratitude because the previous realtor's lack of interest was the thing that led Chanel to us. I was always hesitant about using a real estate agent. I usually acquired my rentals by word of mouth or through a friend. However times have changed and I knew I needed someone who was reliable, efficient, and thorough. I saw an ad for my apartment and reached out to the agent Chanel Clark. She was gracious and very patient. We met on a Friday at the unit. She explained the process, the fees, the credit review, and the application. By Monday, I had the apartment. Finding an apartment in Brooklyn is hard and you need someone who is about business.

My Realtor Chanel Clark has helped me get my first 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Brooklyn, NY for the best affordable price! I emailed her through an apartment finder website and she responded within 2 days. During the time I went to view about 10 apartments in Brooklyn and Queens with no luck, either the apartment was too small or I didn’t qualify. The process with this company was so easy and quick. This review is just not enough to sing Scarla Pineda and Peace of Mind’s praises. I had so many reservations and what I saw as problems, Scarla used as opportunities. She kept me positive and calm through the whole process and projected positive energy when I was worried.

I had a house that was a rental property that pretty much went all wrong.
I was in some pretty deep trouble if I couldn't get out from this property and the folks at Peace of Mind Came up with a plan and went to work. Dason was relentless at getting the property listed and sold, He was like a pitbull seriously. Everyday he was on the phone trying to move the property. Things didn't move like super fast, but they did move and even when there was nothing to report they told me the truth. Any way, I had just about given up and they really came through. Even at the closing when it looked like the deal was going to fall through. They still hit a home run. This company has their ear to the street while keeping their eyes on the big picture. Your Peace of Mind!!! Any way its been some years and now I am looking to buy a house. I wouldn't be able to even consider making such a move with out the help from the folks at Peace of mind realty.
Nobody better to work with in my oppinion.
